      Pros

      Great co-workers and friendly staff. The doctors are easy to work with and communicate concerns to regarding patient care. Great RN's and Rehab staff.

      Cons

      Hospital needs updating, issues with space for moving patients around in rooms without putting your body at risk for injury. Rooms uncleanly a lot of times making more work for staff. Often old and broken equipment including patient recliner chairs. Management cheap with equipment, PPE etc.

      Co-workers who care for you.

      Cons

      Only care about pt volume and money. Make physical therapists see 3 to 4 patients an hour possibly making you see 25 patients in a day. This decreases quality given to a pt. Disorganized and really messed up when Covid hit. Did not have proper supplies for Covid safety. Made employees go unpaid if they were exposed to Covid. Have part time physical therapists as managers. Have POPTs clinics which hurts the PT profession and our ability to treat direct access.

      Pros

      Smooth hiring process and overall great staff.

      Cons

      Poor management, HR lost my background check in for with ssn on it, hospital closed a year and a half after I started with no warning to employees, & benefits were poor.
