They do not support the staff in any way, shape or form Instead of providing education when minor mistakes or mistakes without patient harm are made they make everything DISCIPLINARY and write you up instead of teaching/supporting your training The Time and attendance system is terrible, 4-5 points for call ins related to infectious illnesses with doctor's excuses with 5 points for weekends How in the world can you control when you are sick/in hospital
