      Pros

      Nice facility, awesome colleagues, lovable patients.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, unrealistic productivity requirements, high turn over, no raises, low morale, RM likes to point fingers and play the blame game. You won't get to use your PTO as it rarely gets approved and they won't give it to you neither when you leave the company, they don't care about anything except money. Run as far away as you can from this company or risk losing your licenses.

      Good pay rate is really the only thing this company has to offer.

      Cons

      Benefits they offer are sub par. Push you to see med b patients who aren't apprpriate (looking to increase the bottom line). Issues are handled in a reactionary way, not supportive or healthy work environment at all. High staff turnover and will hire anyone who comes across the doorstep. Expected to bend over backwards for to meet the needs of the company, but that is not reciprocated Pigeon holed into one position with no opportunity for growth within the company despite high level of management experience. (Hired someone with NO experience for a management role).
