Worst company to work in pandemic

best reason to work with this company is none. I work for this company because they got contract to work for this building and unfortunately i love to work for this building.

Well it so many things that they are not doing it right. First they don't care about their employee what they are going through or weather they are protected or not in this pandemic. whenever our Boss called us he is usually asking one questions that why we are not productive. we did not have raise since 3 years. when we ask for raise they are giving examples of other companies who does not pay their employee and saying we are at least get paid. In this pandemic, every health care companies doing at least doing some little stuff for employee but when we ask what are guys panning to give us then we received an email about bunch of free offers pages that anyone can find out from google pages. when we ask that some other companies are doing it but what we are getting from out companies ?? they have sent out another email doubling Paid time off for two months if you guys work then only. If person has Corona and could not able to work because of work injury that they have work for it. They have no incentive to give their employee. Health care companies are getting paid from government for Pay check protection but they have not share any of those money for their employee. when we have ask about getting bonus to work with Corona patients they have said we are not getting any single penny for that because we can not. overall whole pandemic, they have not called a single time to their employee about how they are protracted/ what they need to build up good health / how are you all doing today/ is there anything that i can help you ? none . overall it is worst company to work and getting nothing .
