Pros

Not many. As long as you are doing your job they leave you to it for the most part.

Cons

-This company does not recognize ANY holidays. You can take off, but don't expect to get paid unless you want to take your own PTO. And no you will not get paid extra for working on holidays. - The HR department is basically incompetent with a poor response time. - No pay increase even after years of employment. - Very high and unattainable productivity requirements. - Does little to support staff in stressful work environments. - Management has no formal management training. - No annual reviews so they don't have to justify not giving you a raise year after year.

Pros

Literally none besides having a great program manager that agreed with all the poor qualities of this company and was actively looking for another job also

Cons

EVERYTHING- I left after less than 2 months if that says anything. I was scared to have my name on documents associated with this company after 2 weeks working there. Felt as if I was scamming old people due to this company pushing VERY WRONG standards. Refused to pick patients up when unnecessary and company would get mad. No training and no quality of work place. Everyone working for the company is miserable and you feel like you are wasting every day Hired "full time" and barely worked 30 hours a week. No organization at all. Will send you running around to multiple facilities just to get their numbers in. They do not care about patients at all, only numbers.

Pros

flexible hours, extra words to meet minimum for this review

Cons

regional management oversight is out of control and money-driven; therapist's are asked/forced to write treatment scripts for frequent/duration of sessions based on reimbursement rather than clinical appropriateness; poor facility/therapy relationship
