      Mgt. will use all manner of coercion and scare tactics to make THEIR numbers look good Regional MGT provide NO real-world, useful support other than additional scare-tactics delivered at the staff MANDATED over-RUG-ING of part A patients - regardless of therapist input Staff will routinely work off-the-clock to get their work completed - overtime is expressly forbidden Assistants told they are "non-essential" personnel Mgt. will 100% acquiesce to the whims of the facility - regardless of significant questionable ethical and clinical issues

      Great co-workers, able to travel to nearby SNFs to make up hours if needed.

      Cons

      No over- time, like any SNF the productivity is unrealistic.

      Pros

      Great pay if you truly work 40 hours. Nice facilities and team members. Annual compliance handbook up to date with ethical behavior!

      Cons

      Productivity expectation means fraudulent or illegal practice by the clinical team members! Billing for transport to the rehab department, or seeing several patients at a time and billing as if seen one on one. Checking out on time but staying off the clock to document and bill. Advise all staff to stand up to management and call the compliance department! If everyone does this you would feel good about yourself and your job.
