Flexibility with working at other buildings if desired, positive team atmosphere- I enjoy the team I work with and the collaboration between disciplines

Cons

No sick leave, no holiday pay, expected to work holidays, no annual review/raises, must be adept at negotiating your contract as they pay a low hourly rate

1. No raises / performance reviews 2. Little Time Off 3. Micromanagement of staff 4. Pressure to pick up inappropriate caseload 5. Asked to keep caseload on past clinical appropriateness. 6. Poor management from Regionals & VP's. 7. Rules change constantly

Will consistently dump PN and discharge documentation on Therapist based on 1 visit. Does not support consistency in treatment by keeping therapist with patients . Supports staff discord by not addressing issues appropriately. Allows favoritism to factor heavily in decision making. Demonstrates preferential treatment and provides no recourse for individuals who do not behave in best interest of team or patients.
