Pros

None at all for this company standard

Cons

Productivity standards are so high and unreachable without working off the clock or blatantly lying and performing Medicare fraud ( which I would never do) . It's just not humanly possible with Medicare laws and one on one treatment required for the last few years. The job description just gets bigger and more complex and no corporate standards allow for modification to attain productivity standards . So basically in a 8 hr day you have 38 minutes to be unproductive including potty breaks , phone calls, -and shenanigans that happen in nursing ho,es like your patient is sick or does not want to get up for therapy . Not to mention we have schedules that dot work at all for SNF setting...... get real people!!!
