I work PRN for this company and have had positive experiences in various facilities.

Pros

Wages are competitive. As a PRN going to different facilities the other therapists and staff have been very helpful and nice. Decent communication between staff.

Cons

First paycheck was late due to communication issues. There computer charting system is slightly outdated and facilities I've been in could use a few more materials.

Pros

The company offers a High paying salary, very flexible with personal time off. Continuing education courses are available for free but not very informative

Cons

Unethical. Managers/employees clocking each other into time clock daily, allowing flexible hours for both employees to arrive and leave by leisure. These employees are not physically in the building for 8 hours but clocked in for that amount of time.

The pay is very competitive.

Cons

HR promises you a reasonable productivity number at interview... low 80s for evaluating therapists... however, after day one of employment you learn you are expected to be at 92%. Computer shortage and lack of resources make this impossible. Multiple issues with HR after hire which were time consuming to straighten out and very frustrating. Select has an intranet for employees but little info available on the company, A lot of confusion on how things should be done and all management cares about is daily productivity and trying to get as many Ultras and Part B's on caseload as possible
