      Pros

      The company provides free continuing education and credits. Facility Directors of Rehab are usually well informed and willing to adjust schedules.

      Cons

      Absolutely no support for therapist from corporate. Duties and responsibilities are overwhelming with very high productivity requirements. Corporate proclaims high ethics but gives therapists no option but to perform differently.

      Decent pay. Multiple therapist allow for time off if its approved.

      Cons

      Human resources in the Illinois office is non-responsive, lacking knowledge, and has caused our family much stress with providing proper healthcare insurance information. Management at clinical location fails communicate, harasses employees, and shows a lack of leadership.
