      Pros

      Good pay, and that would be it. Wish I could say more, been doing this for years and well, keep reading..

      Cons

      No rehab aides, large caseloads, lack of computers, productivity is unrealistic if being legit with direct patient care. Earned time off can not be taken, no assist from management to find coverage, if you need a day off, you better work a weekend day to make up for it. Quick burnout, staff stressed, poor communication or open door policy for employees that have concerns..

      Pros

      There are no pros for this company and their staff starting from HR and working down to their managers....its a bad company to work for!!

      Cons

      Employees and patient care are not important to them, they only care about money! The productivity is unreal, 92%, which makes employees work off the clock! They are very unethical, starting from HR all the way down to management! Pay is horrible, not competitive with the market. Benefits are horrible also!
