      Pros

      Paid time off accrual is reasonable. I liked the flexibility of the schedule, however it could be inflexible with med As per Medicare rules, not the company.

      Cons

      Could not take vacation when I wanted because of lack of prn. Never received incentives promised for exceeding goals. No holiday or time and half pay. No acknowledgement of holidays nor that you worked them- it was expected. I had to beg for a raise even though new grads were making almost as much as I was as a seasoned manager. There are many more things that were wrong with the whole situation, but I stayed for so long because it was close to home.

      The PTO accrual is average

      Terrible company to work for!! They do not value their employees…..period!! No yearly review or raises at all. No bereavement pay, my sister passed away and I had to use my PTO. No holiday pay despite every other healthcare discipline getting double time and/or bonuses to work holidays. And they think their therapists are robots with 92% productivity standards. They DO NOT care about the patients in their facilities because if they did they would take better care of their employees…..it’s all about the money!!!
