      There are still good therapist that work for Select

      Cons

      They expect you to lower your patient’s treatment times so they don’t have to pay you for a full 40 hours a week. Give all patients the same treatment time despite the patient’s needs and what is appropriate for each patient. Unrealistic productivity requirements. Pay cuts. No raises. Requiring group/concurrent treatments during a pandemic.
