Pros

licensure reimbursement and flexible schedule

Cons

Select values reimbursement over patient care. They bought my nursing home contract and have been absolute hell to work for since taking over. They have incredibly unrealistic productivity demands. You are required to see Med A patients for 15 mins and Med B patients for 60 minutes based on reimbursement and not patient needs. Horrible work life balance. Unrealistic productivity demands. You do not get credit for groups or concurrent therapy minutes and are expected to clock out ASAP resulting in minimal income for therapists and assistants. Reminder: Select is in a class action lawsuit for making employees work off the clock.
