Pros

There are no pros to working for Select other than getting a paycheck twice a month. The only pros with my job are because of my facility, not because of my employer.

Cons

Have been specifically told to “be less of a team player” in order to meet their unrealistic productivity standards. Company recommends decreasing the already low amount of minutes allowed to treat short term rehab patients in order to accommodate a larger caseload. Refuse to provide adequate staffing support, despite the fact that patients’ needs are not being met and frequencies and minutes are being decreased. Also do not allow overtime despite the needs of patients not being met and not having enough staff. Encourage documenting off the clock to meet productivity standards. No raises. Terrible benefits.

Cons

clinic is cheap- only cares about billing 4 units despite patients age/condition. Won't buy actual have hot packs for patients in pain. Doesn't have adequate treatment tables for elderly patients. poor communication-no staff meetings to coordinate schedule/fix occurring clinic errors. THEY DO NOT OFFER A RAISE AT YOUR YEAR MARK
