      Pros

      nice facilities, amazing patients, one on one care

      Cons

      Corporate doesn't care about anything other than money. They will ask you to cut your hours to improve productivity as a manager. Bring up any difficult subjects/realities of the day to day job and they will change the subject and offer no help. Every criticism they make to staff is under the guise of "we need to do what's best for our patients" even if it is what is WORST for our employees. Understaffed? It's YOUR problem, not theirs, and there better not be any missed visits. Need a sick day? They'll expect you to make it up on a weekend! PTO? Better have it requested three months out, even though there's no staff to even coordinate days off with so it doesn't matter...

      There are absolutely NO pros to this company.

      Poor pay for high expectancies, zero respect. Poor pto and benefits packages Poor communication GROUPS GROUPS AND MORE GROUPS (it doesnt matter if patients are appropriate, get them done of your manager gets yelled at and then you get yelled at) Theyll ABSOLUTELY mess up your taxes - you can count on that Unexpected and random pay cuts

      Pros

      Completely unethical. They get rid of the caring, ethical management and replace with money driven who fire you if you cannot meet 92 percent productivity. Run!

      Owners and upper managers are unethical.
