      Pros

      Hopefully the facility/community you work in and rehab team. Rewarding to serve our seniors. Can't think of anything select directly does.

      Cons

      -Underpaying by 15-20k for same position in the same area. -No raises, unless you threaten to leave. Absolutely no appreciation -Unreasonable and flat out fraudulent expectations -requiring point of service documentation but not providing everyone on team with a device -Never see or hear from upper management

      I had some very good co-workers

      Everything else was awful. Verbally abusive and manipulative regional managers, rarely approve PTO and may change their mind the day of. If a patient refuses tx it is your fault. In fact every single thing that could go wrong is your fault according to them. They also will not pay out your remaining leave hours even if you cash them out prior to giving notice. This job made me not want to be a therapist anymore, regardless of working through a pandemic. Worst job I have ever or will ever have in my life.

      Local management and therapist typically care about their people.

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about money. Typically no raises to 1-2 % raises over the past 10 years. I was making 8% more 5 years ago (-10% salary cut during pandemic) Then rehab care and select combined with employees told they weren’t going back to pre pandemic wages
