      There is absolutely no value of employees or patient care. The only way to get a pay increase is to have another job offer. HR is difficult to communicate with. Fee to use 401k They sometimes permanently transfer people to different facilities without warning

      Select has an above average CEU (free) online courses available.

      Cons

      It seems like every week, Select managers are increasing demands on therapists; in turn, Select receives an increased profit off of our hard work. Therapists are asked to maintain a very low average pay (10% lower at least) without the prospect of a raise.
