      Pros

      Great coworkers, get to learn more about the therapy field by observing, benefits for fulltime employees, PTO, offered double PTO in beginning of Covid-19 pandemic, no 401k matching.

      Cons

      HR can be difficult to get in contact with, NO RAISES, hour cuts when census is low, job entails a lot more paperwork to be done daily than led to believe at interview, no sick days (have to use your PTO, even if out due to Covid quarantine), have not had any compensation for Covid-19 since the start of the second spike.

      Good hourly pay; Great therapy team where I worked;

      Cons

      Company is driven mostly by profits with no much regard for its employees; No CEU money; Difficult getting your time off; No holiday pay; Almost impossible to get the national holidays off; High stress level due to not enough people in each department which then overworks you within the time you’re there; No pay increases
