      Very illegal an unethical company! All about minutes not patient care. All managers high and low are all in bed together! Don't try and do the right thing you will be punished or fired!

      great rehab team but this is nothing to do with management

      Cons

      no raises, unrealistic productivity (92-94%), expensive insurance, poor personal leave policy., micromanaging regional managers. No concern for patients--just numbers

      Nice Facility, but they destroyed the staff morale when they took over

      Cons

      Ridiculous Productivity standards,(94%) humanly impossible to achieve , unless you lie and cheat. The patients and families also suffer as the staff is stressed and have no time to get to know the patients. It is numbers matter.. people don't That is the unofficial motto of Select Rehabilitation!
