I can only speak to the senior division for a lot of these concerns. The main issue that I have, and have had, with SelectQuote has been the ethics. Those in higher positions only care about the bottom line and making money over the wellbeing of the customers we serve. Top sales agents receive continued praise when their sales tactics are detrimental to their customers. Making them switch to a plan that will cost them more in the long run, or does not have their doctors or medications in network. Top sales agents only give the highlights and not the entire story/benefit explanation when it comes to switching plans. Communication is TERRIBLE. No one ever has any idea what is going on. With how fast things change at SelectQuote it often leaves people feeling lost and corners are often cut or work is being duplicated. Most managers micromanage and work their employees like crazy, but are not putting in the work themselves. They don't want to listen to the needs of their team or of the operational functions that could increase morale and better our compliance scores. They continue to push their agents to close at extreme rates even if we don't have plans that benefit the customer. There are continued promotions to those that truly do not deserve them. They have shown on multiple occasions hey are not actively listening to solutions for performance or have not been paying attention to what is going on in any department or division other than their own.
