If you hit your required metrics you can expect to earn between 75 to 120 thousand yearly working from home. Where you fall within that curve is based on performance. Anything less than than 75 probably mean you not hitting your required stats and they probably want keep you pass 6 months or offer you a transfer within the company
Cons
The same as most phone sale jobs in any organization. Stay within your required metric stats such as talk time , calls per hour and ect. This can be challenging if this your first sales phone job and you are not familiar with required metric stats.
