Great training. Remote. Lots of good people until you’re stuck with a bs ‘manager’ that greatly impacts your success or lack there of.

Cons

You’re just another number. Management will blow you off. Do yourself a favor and sign with another company so your license isn’t held forever.

Cutting Pay and Adding more work

Remote so you can work from home.

Cons

They keep cutting pay and adding more work. They raise the compensation limits so high that almost nobody can reach top pay. So what used to give you top pay doesn't even get you out of the bottom. Everyone is making at least $2000-$3000 less a month but we're writing more business than the year before. Management is like "Oh well, that's how it is, we could have taken more". Advancement is only offered for favorites. It doesn't matter how long or hard you work, they want to keep piling on the work and pay even less.

its a job. you get paid .

Cons

leads are old and repetitive. they expect you to call no sales over and over hoping for a sale and to "manifest" as sale. they commissions are "uncapped' but they cap your leads so... indirectly they are capping your commissions based on what level agent you are. you better hope you make some sales during training and start off as a level 1 because if you start as a level 3 good luck moving up with 10 leads a day and spending the entire rest of your day cold calling old no sale leads
