      Pros

      Working from home. Training was above par. That's about it.

      Cons

      Being encouraged to take folks off of a supplement plan for an enrollment, while saying, 'we're are saving lives." Is an interesting concept. Very shady marketing - where is CMS when it comes to some of these ads? Seems their game is DSNP's, sprinkled in with some Traditional Plans. Make no mistake...this is a sweatshop. Now they want cameras on while you're on the phone? Seems illegal, not for me to decide, though. I'm above goal for AEP, so this isn't about productivity. Just my .02 cents.

      There are no pros to speak of.

      Cons

      Micromanaged, No work life balance, working crazy hours. You are just a tool to these people. There is a reason the turn-over rate is extremely high.

      Better hope for quality leads

      They provide the marketing, so no cold calling

      Cons

      The quality of the leads they feed you are terrible. On days when you get the higher quality leads, your production will soar. But they pretty much program you for modest sales.
