Pros

You don’t have to pay for leads. But you get penalized for low close rates. Difficult to close leads. This entire business model is built around low income dual plans.

Cons

Lead quality is terrible most days. There is a culture of changing plans just for the sake of changing plans regardless of if it benefits, clients or not

Pros

Becoming familiar with Medicare, getting licensed in 19 states, appointed with 13 carriers, paid training, reimbursed for licensing and AHIP certs

Cons

Reading from scripts all day, CCA position sucks during off seasons because you are not making money from enrolling members into plans only from transfers, makes you sign a contract stating they will hold your license for 6 months if you choose to leave voluntarily.
