Pros

Good people to learn from.

Cons

Leads were not great. Many clients/customers looking for something else. Work 7 days a week from October to EOM March. Many clients already had their best policies and did not need to switch. I have a conscience, many do not.

Pros

The pay is good, benefits are okay, initial training is pretty good

Cons

Managers all have different answers and none seem to really know what is going on, you are expected to work all the time, there are people who get help and excel and everyone else is shut out and has their leads cut until they can’t make sales and then they are fired.
