Horrible leadership all they care about is you on the phone. they will say no outbound that's a lie! Move you around the departments with less pay , no work life balance at all/ Micromanges but says they wont. they publicly post your status every hour on the hour. always have tech issue but expect you to make 2-5 sales a day with computer or system down . 60% on the phone or 150 calls expectancy
