      You get good experience and sales training , no nonsense approach. Good for people who are eager to start selling.

      Pros

      Good company this far. They embrace who they are, and don’t shy away from it at all. It’s sales and what you put into it. Pay is good , benefits are good, training is great. It’s pretty cool working from home. Decent enough culture. Really struggled at out of training adjusting to remote sales. Managers and Trainers were super patient and let me grow while guideing me.

      Cons

      Comison pay is .tricky and all over the place. It could be simpler.

      Upward mobility can be difficult depending on the department. Large changes and downsizing can happen without warning.
