      Pros

      The great benefits package and people on the team are great. Awesome job as far as jobs go.

      Cons

      Lead quality has tanked. Your agents are skilled and excellent quality leads are likely more expensive, but some of these leads are so bad it hurts morale. It is frustrating. Certain agents get praise for less than excellent work based on numbers and those numbers are likely inaccurate when you consider falloff anyway.

      Pros

      Great leads and plenty of them.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible and Management is too. The love to change the comp plan and take away or punish you for not cross selling. don't b other going to HR or Sr Managment or even the owners. Sales people are a dime a dozen to them
