      Tiny base salary plus. remote. good place to cut your teeth on telephone sales but read the cons

      THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A RELEASE PRIOR TO 180 DAY, EVEN IF THEY TERMINATED YOU! Criminally misleading ads use to generate leads. Commission structure is intended to be confusing. fake culture. managers lie faster than tell the truth. commission are a tiny fraction of what 1099 commissions would be. High Turn Over for a Reason.

      Very organized great resources. Could be a great place to work if they value their employees and treated them well and not factory workers.

      Cons

      Pay very little promise you the sun, moon, and stars and deliver you a Walmart salary.

      Pros

      Company culture is fantastic, management is extremely helpful & supportive. Working at SelectQuote has changed my life. You are truly in charge of your own income, you 100% get out of it what you put into it. They set me up for success with extensive training program & continuing education, knowledgeable trainers & managers, even the other employees are super helpful & friendly. I have made so many great connections & lifelong friends along the way. There is always room for advancement & growth within the company. Do your job and you will not be micromanaged.

      Cons

      AEP hours are long but you are able to take time off in December after AEP especially around the Holidays, you will make so much money it is worth it, plus we get to work from home.
