Pros

Consistent business, marketing is adjusting to the new SEP market. They care about growth and keeping sales agents over the seasons. I believe they are poised to tackle the new Medicare industry with their new pharmacy and other services that offer seniors some benefits. I would recommend SelectQuote to anyone who has been deceived by other agencies. Compliance is very intuitive and wait times between calls is very minimal. You can guarantee good pay if you work the hours and try to help clients,

Work from home and training was well done. Learned a lot from my time being there and great experience.

Cons

Horrible management. Constant change and rotation. Pay degraded over time. Got worse every year.

Pros

A job. Colleagues. Immediate Supervisors. Can make decent money.

Cons

Schedule so I would not ever be able to eat dinner before 7P (usually 8P or much later) local time, or see any daylight hours during the week from the beginning of October through the end of April. 7 months. On a second timer for 10 hours per day. Lunches count against you. You also work MANY weekend days during those 7 months. There is ZERO work-life balance. Give your heart to God because everything else, including your family's access to you, belongs to SQ. You are measured every day of every week...VERY what have you done for me lately. You are, in every sense of the term, a Human Resource and not a Human Being. In sharing this, this commentary has not pertained to colleagues or direct supervisors. Management above that is heartless. They will also start calling Seniors at 8A, demonstrating zero regard for those customers need for rest each day. As my family sees...and as I share..my actual experience and sacrifices made, the first comment is typically "is that even legal?"
