Hybrid/Remote options. They leave you alone after hours from 5pm-8am (good work/life balance). They allow you much flexibility on how you present your findings. There's opportunities to explore data on your own intuition, rather than being delegated every task.

Cons

Perhaps too many multi-party meetings. Debatable.
