Seems the metrics are really hard to get directly out of training and you'll be removed from the position before the end of week two if they aren't met.

Highly adaptable. Wonderful people to work with, both peers and management.

Cons

It gets to you when you have patients calling, asking for their medication only to realize that it is two days out.
