Pros

Great management-very supportive in every role I have ever worked in across several departments. The company values people who work hard, and there is ability to move upwards regardless of education or previous experience.

Cons

Longer hours during AEP (the busy season), however, this is an industry standard and is not something that is limited to this company-if the longer hours are a dealbreaker this industry is not the one for you.

I am remote nights off paid holidays and I got to see my girls grow up unlike before having to work 6 days/ nights a week

Cons

It's all a numbers game what I don't see as fair is I was in the middle of a fmla claim. When I took a day to go up to my mdos office I get home my manager calls me and fires me for being at the bottom I had missed a lot of work due to doc apps

Pros

Excellent work life balance especially in off season. The only time we put in extra hours is from October 15-December 7th. But if you’re trying to make money why wouldn’t you work extra for that small amount of time?

Cons

Working from home can be tough sometimes. Because it’s your home, so it’s easy to get distracted. But get your mind right and remember it’s a real job with real consequences.
