They help with your licensing. Remote position.

Cons

Seasonal. They make you compete with hundreds of seasonal employees with the promise of being hired on, but constantly let people go that are doing very well. Not as busy as they claim to be.

Fast pace. Quota driven. Some opportunities to move to different areas

Cons

Most people last no more than 6 months because of the drive for numbers with very poor management.
