Pros

Training is good, and mostly everyone is there to help you out. Pay is decent.

Cons

Miro managing!!!! The humorous thing is the supervisors say there is no micro managing going on and that they want you to work as your own CEO...this is false, everyone is under constant monitoring, both electronically and physically. Managers walk around like prison guards, it's not a good feeling to have so many people breathing down your neck. Watch Office Space, Select Quotes managers are not far off from the managers in that movie. Compensation plans are a mess and change constantly, if you speak to the veteran agents, they will tell you that over the years their pay has decreased, not because of less sales but because the bigger this company gets the less they care about it's employees, it's typical corporate American. They provide the leads for sales but punish you (CPA) if you don't get a sale from that lead...even if the lead is 100% not eligible for a sale. We are told we all have access to the same leads, this is true in a way, but certain agents have access to them first and the rest get the leftovers.

Pros

Plenty of warm leads and access to the best companies and products in the industry. Unbiased, consultative selling focused on creating value for clients. Great compensation and additional incentives like contests and awards trips. Competitive but not cut throat. Very collaborative culture with open doors all the way up to the CEO.

Cons

You have to OK sitting at a desk, in a cubicle, talking on the phone all day. You also have to work at a fast pace because you are expected to handle several-hundred leads each month.

Pros

Great environment to work in, extensive paid training, management is very supportive and provides all the tools necessary for success. Outstanding earning potential for top and average performing agents. They treat the employees like family and if you put in the effort, they will find a position to match your skill set.

Cons

The health insurance for a family is costly with a lot of cost sharing when used. Current location does not offer enough parking, but we are moving to a brand new building in August.
