Pros

Great people and depending on division, great culture. I have been fortunate with my managers who have striven to create a culture of backing each other up and making sure everyone has the opportunities they want and are qualified for - and even getting people the tools to get qualified when possible.

Cons

Fast paced to a point of frenetic sometimes. Changes are constant and not always well communicated (even when they are well thought out they can seem not to be because of the lack of communication).

remote work, with the combo of hard work and a little luck there's the possibility of making ok money

Cons

payout tiering is a joke and super confusing, way too many revolving managers, mgmt pressures you to make the sale even if it meant putting the client in an inferior plan
