      The Most Unorganized Company I have ever worked for

      Your Direct Manager Was Understanding

      The only positive thing I can say is working there for over 3 years I made some lifetime friends and my direct manager was one of the best managers I have ever had. But your level above is a complete circus. You decided to completely close our office down and let all the sales reps work from home but decided that you were going to lay me off because I was considered "customer service" and it was too much of a hassle to have me work from home than you like so you let me go with a promise of a severance it took over a month of constantly calling and emailing for me to finally start getting my severance if it wasn't for the COVID hitting and my mortgage letting me deferred my payments I would have lost my house because of your company. You also didn't file my health insurance correctly when working there I was suppose to be getting a health savings account but when I went to the hospital they advised that my company didnt file correctly so I lost out on that also.

      Dress code, occasional free lunch.

      Cons

      Don't buy into it's a great place to work. I worked there for 3 years. Everyone is constantly stressed and management is awful. The top agents were even constantly complaining. Look at how many 4 and 5 stars have recently been posted. That's because they're hiring and can't get anyone to come aboard.

      Don’t even consider it, they are terrible.

      Pros

      Sometimes they provide food and activities, but it’s truly not any different than any other job in this regard. You could make money, but you’d have better luck making money playing the lottery than working at SelectQuote. Some of the people are cool, but there are cool people everywhere. Just stay away from them and look elsewhere, there are plenty of great jobs in Denver.

      Cons

      Where to begin. Obviously at the most important part to this company: the money. They will short your paychecks. Don’t even listen to them if they say they always correct them. They don’t pay what they owe you. I knew of at least 14 other coworkers, plus myself, that got shorted thousands of dollars EACH over a couple months. Company refuses to correct it, because they short paychecks on purpose. Now I was one of the lucky few that made money, and they still shorted me. Also the “culture” is a fake joke. The only culture within this company is one of rumors and falsity. The culture is very much like a high school rumor mill.
