Pros

When going to a new employer, you never know for sure about the integrity of the organization. I was pleasantly surprised how ethical Selectquote is on every aspect I've encountered. The leaders up and down the organization are top notch in developing employees to be their best to earn lots of money (with integrity). The trainers are top notch too. I referred a former coworker who now works here, and she experienced the same. BTW, referral bonuses are Nice!

Cons

lots of overtime during busy medicare enrollment period in the fall (Oct 15-Dec &).

The training is second to none. I've been an agent over 25 years and never experienced this type of training. The managers are hands on and always available to answer any questions or concerns. There's no ceiling to the money you can make if you do the work and follow the process and call flow.

Cons

Long work hours, I would love to see a different schedule or part time schedule available. Sitting at desk for long period of time
