Pros

They provide you with a lot of training materials but the training itself is incomplete. Tons of industry information provided and alot of training on their specific process. Some great people.

Cons

Expect incomplete, rushed training and long hours and constant tech issues. New products and processes are added at the last min and you are expected to log in early to learn those. You are required to work 10-12 hours a day and then work on training. Remote is fine until you have to push the lobby button to stay in line for calls every :30 seconds. That requirement makes it difficult to watch training videos or review previous training materials. Low pay for this demanding sales position that requires a positive sales attitude.
