      You have the option of being fully remote.

      Management is never available to assist new reps. You are expected to figure it out on your own, or to find out from other new reps.

      Working from home and decent pay.

      Cons

      Was told leads would come directly from customers looking for a plan, but the majority of leads came from third party transfers where the customer was forced to speak to a sales agent or they were trying to hang up...the majority of the leads were garbage. Commission structure was forever changing. This company will hire hundreds of sales agent during AEP only to fire them when it's over.
