Pros
I feel pretty lucky to work here. Management is great and they all treat you like a person and not just another number. They always try to do the right thing. For example, if comp is a little off for any reason (which is super rare) they go through extra lengths to get it corrected. Comp is pretty generous for what the job is and great benefits.
Cons
Not very many cons to mention. I've had many jobs where management is horrible and micromanage you but that's not the case here at all. Only con I can think of is that the job can get pretty tedious at times. But they make it pretty easy to move up to supervisor/management if you really wanted to through their Emerging Leaders program. And Its not difficult to try different departments assuming you qualify. They pay for schooling if you don't.
