I've been treated like family. If I need off because I'm sick or because a family member passed away, they are totally understanding and don't make you feel guilty.

Cons

Salary can be low for many positions, needs to be more competitive

Remote options if that works for you -Great training bonus

Cons

-10/hr base pay. - The have different “levels” of agents. Where not all agents are given the same opportunity. Top agents stay on top because they get all the good leads while of you’re level 2 and below it’s a struggle. Any agent can be top agent if they were given good leads. Management is horrible. I was only here for 4 months before I couldn’t take it anymore.

Thank you for your feedback. In most sales positions, there is a bonus or commission on top of the base salary. With our company, this is usually where the bulk of the unlimited income comes from.
