Pros

The very few leads we did get were quality.

Cons

This company grades you from day 1 and their entire goal is to cut out employees including new hires until they only have a few to keep. I am a long time seasoned vet in insurance, so I know how the industry works. This company will provide you with a 43 page script to memorize and be tested on starting on day 2. Your initial bonus is based on your final grade from training. This is not the way to train. Note that I got the top bonus, so this isn't just sour grapes. They promise you no less than 10 leads per day and set minimum sales goals in 6 categories that you must hit to keep your job. This is in place in your first month taking live calls. They don't guarantee the leads though and thus I only averaged about 6 calls in an 8 hour day. Your schedule is fixed and they don't allow you to shift it to work in more of a prime time schedule. They did not adjust goals down to account for the lack of leads. Please read the other reviews on here as they are spot on about management. They pretend to care about your wellbeing, but have no ability or effort to correct issues the company has. They also have questionable ethics with customers as they will often refuse to send a customers app to the carrier if they don't think the customer will get approved in a positive light. The company is 100% about making a ton of money at the expense of their employees. They also failed to pay the final weeks pay that was due. Note also that health insurance for a family of 4 with them is $1200 a month, so don't take the position for benefits either.

We are sorry that you did not have a positive employment experience with us. Our sales environment is a highly competitive and dynamic one, and we are always upfront about this. Although we do strive to prepare employees for this reality, it may not be a fit for everyone. Also, we pay out all wages and PTO upon termination, and if you believe there has been an error, we would be happy to research and rectify as appropriate. We wish you the better opportunities ahead of you.

Pros

Work like it is your business and there is no cap on income.

Cons

The only con would be if you aren't motivated by money don't take the job. You need to work to achieve the income levels presented.
