Great pay & benefits. Job honestly isn’t difficult.

Cons

Management is petty and takes their frustrations out on employees. Nobody is on one accord and nothing is organized. Things literally change within the hour daily!!! Promotions and demotions are frequent depending on “company needs.”

Not a one. They will lie to you to get you in the door.

Cons

If you leave before the AEP season ends, they will keep your fall-off bonus.

The immediate sales managers in KC are a great group.

Cons

There are not enough leads in a day, week or month to make a living. It doesn't matter how pumped a sales person you are if there is no one to talk into buying.
