You will be thrilled when you leave.

Cons

No communication that is genuine from above , they are trying to sell the Auto and Home division and thus are pushing like crazy. They have unrealistic expectations, antiquated technology and burned out management especially in San Diego. Oh and the 3 week training is a joke.

Pros

Work from home, used to be family orientated when I started. Tom Grant had a personal relationship with me.

Cons

Poor management, after everything changed in 2017 things just went downhill fast. Every 6 months the compensation plans got hacked over and over. Management could care less about major losses or issues going on. The only dependable manager is Rechstiener. Long hours, AEP demands weekends and extreme hours. I saw sever decline in my health. Once quit I was immediately feeling better and healthier.

New building, free food, sometimes the outings are fun

Cons

Terrible leads. Terrible, micro-managed culture! The managers think we are babies....sending out report after report about how we are not doing our job. When the reality is the leads are horrible! Average is a 10% closing rate. And they cap you at sometimes 16 leads per day! Then they walk around wondering why morale is in the toilet and the best reps are quitting. No one wants to work harder and make less money.
