Pros

The atmosphere, though professional, is fairly laid back and very family oriented. The pay is very good, especially compared to what I normally endure. The work isn't mind numbingly boring. You really are helping people here and you make what you put into your day. If you don't feel like producing, you know ahead of time how it will affect your check.

Cons

Feels like a scam or too good to be true until you get that first pay check.

Not a bad thing to say, a little construction still going on but other than that it has been amazing and the new building is going to be amazing when it is all done in a few weeks.

Cons

I see no cons thus far.
