The company takes very good care of you. Bonuses, events, and excellent training.

Cons

It's a highly regulated field, so there are some very strict regulations and protocols. It also has a very low base pay, so you have to be comfortable selling.

I get the opportunity to have a direct impact on my paycheck. The company is very supportive of its agents. I am encouraged to see this as my own business and I get to take responsibility of my own success.

Cons

The only con is that the health benefits could be better.
