      Not enough job security in sales-need better 401K matching plan.

As we are sure you know by now, our new and improved 401(k) matching/profit sharing program will go into effect next month; our hope is to help our employees more in saving for their retirement.       Cons

      You are expected to work. You are expected to follow rules and laws. If you are looking to skirt, skate or slip along at the edge of honesty, move on.

      Good Opportunities for Growth and Pays Well

      Pros

      Great opportunity to make very good money and they do everything they can to ensure you can find a place for your skill set. There is plenty of opportunities since the company is growing quite a bit and has learned that they need more positions of leadership positions to keep everything moving. The training program is intensive and requires one to actually learn the subject matter and is tailored to many learning styles.

      Cons

      Not the greatest health benefits and only recently made the 401(k) worth while.
