Nice building, lots of amenities, nice people to work with.

Cons

Cattle call hiring, having 200 people show up with no where to put them. Only needing 30-40 people to begin with.

If you want to work in the insurance industry, this is the best place to work! After 12 years in the industry, I have found no other company supports you in the way Selectquote does. If you are willing to work hard, there is no equal.

Work with some of the greatest people on earth.

Cons

Need better pay for non agent employees. Overworked and under paid. Need better benefits, especially 401K plan.
